Age restrictions

Our intimate waxing treatments can only be carried out on clients aged 18 or over. Other treatments can be booked by clients aged 16 plus providing they have parental permission.

 

Arriving for your appointment

Please aim arrive on time for your appointment. If clients are late, then the therapist will unlikely be able complete the full treatment, but the appointment will still be charged in full. Please avoid arriving more than 5 minutes early for appointments as therapists will likely be busy with another client and unable to break away from treatment.

 

Changing or cancelling an appointment

Appointments can be amended, moved, or cancelled upto 24 hours before the appointment time by managing your appointment online. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the appointment and the appointment will still be charged in full. 

 

Child policy

Small children are not permitted in our salons. Clients are welcome to bring a baby to appointment providing they can stay in their car seat for the duration of the treatment. 

 

Consultation form

Clients will receive an e-mail 24 hours before the appointment which contains an online consultation form. The form must be completed and signed in order for the treatment to go ahead. This applies to both new and regular clients, a consultation form must be completed for every appointment. 

 

Deposits and payment

A valid debit/credit card is required to book an appointment, but no deposit or money is taken during the booking process. The appointment must be paid for by either card or cash at the salon after your appointment. We accept American Express.

 

Drugs & alcohol 

We reserve the right to refuse to treat clients under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

 

No shows 

Clients are sent e-mail and SMS reminders for their appointments, and the salon can be contacted directly on the appointment day by phone if clients are unable to attend. Failure to attend an appointment without contacting us will result in a full charge being made for the appointment, and all future appointments being charged in advance.
